Disadvantages of conventional badminton rackets:
1. Defect in control:
Conventional stringing of the badminton rackets tends to cause larger cells in the string mesh, which reduces the rebound stability in hitting the shuttle and also lowers the precision in controlling.
2. Short life span of a racket:
To make the shuttlecock fly in an ideal parabolic curve at high speed, high stringing tension is needed. However, the life span of a racket is hence shortened.
3. Obstruction against popularizing Badminton:
Since the racket fails to be durable enough, the expenses in racket purchase become a heavy burden for players and thus hinder badminton from becoming popular.
Advantages of rackets with dense mesh:
In skills, the racket with dense stringing mesh produces advantages:
1. The more precise contact point leads to faster and more stable smashes.
2. Faster drives cause the opponents to miss for the lack of reaction time.
3. The long parabolic curve in the shuttle flight, caused by high tension of strings, enables the shuttle to fall within the baselines no matter how hard it is hit.
4. Better offense can be achieved by using the counterforce against opponents’ attack
In economy,the racket with dense stringing mesh provides benefits:
1. More durable stringing lengthens the usage of string
2. The racket frames can stay in the normal shape and fracture of frames can be avoided.
3. The damage to shuttles can also be reduced.
Even with low stringing tension, this specific racket still possesses the power as an ordinary one with high stringing tension. The performance of rackets is enhanced because of this technique of stringing, so the shuttle flies at a pretty high initial speed, a stable speed during the fight orbit, and a final speed ending with an ideal parabolic curve. Therefore, the speeds during flights can be more precisely controlled by players.
The design of racket is constrained because of the rules from International Badminton Federation:
1. The long side of the court is 13.4 meters.
2. The height of the net is 1.55 meters.
3. The weight of the shuttle is between 4.74 to 5.50 grams, including the nylon ball.
4. The standard flight speed of the shuttles is also regulated.
5. The length of the racket can’t exceed 68 centimeters.
Owing to the mentioned limitations, there seems no much further improvement for the research in badminton rackets. However, physical rules demonstrate the high surface tension performance of a racket can change the speed, the flight orbit, and thus bring about many benefits, such as easier control over shuttles, shortening the training time for skills, and popularizing this fabulous sport. To strengthen the tension of a racket strings without using heavy forces, all that needs to be done is to increase the horizontal and vertical lines of a racket; that is, to increase the mesh cells. The low-forced stringing racket can perform as well as the strong-forced stringing one, and even brings about more advantages.

イベントの目的：
最近、各地の天災による被害が増えつつ、より多くの人を助けるため、イベントを改正させていただきました。
人はどんな困難があっても諦めずにポジティブな態度を持ち、自に挑戦しつづけることで、自信、そして価値のある経験などを得ることができます。「世界バドミントン連打大会」では、バドミントンの好きなキミに、楽しく、そして挑戦的な舞台を提供！キミも世界一になれる！集めた費用の一部は、赤十字社に寄付。より多くの人が自分を信じて前に進められるようにとの願いが込められています。

参加に必要な資格：なし
参加費：参加する方法は、2つになります。8ドルの参加費で参加できます。(この場合は、ラケットが送られません。)50ドルで参加する場合はラケットが送られます。
寄付：参加者１人につき１．５０アメリカンドルを中華民国赤十字社に寄付。

3.ユーチューブの9chiayuan グループに入って、そちらで動画をアップロードしてください。連打大会に参加される方のファイル名は、「9cy_参加者番号_連打した回数」に再命名してください。クリエイティブ大会に参加される方のファイル名は、「9cy_参加者番号_テーマ」に再命名してください。動画に9cyをタグしてアップロードしてください。その後、ご自分でアップロードが成功したのかを確認してください。（図六）

ルール
連打大会
1.ラケット使用の制限がなくなります。Chia-yuanのラケットを使わなくてもいいです。
2.指示に従ってファイル名だけを変更し、動画は編集しないでください。
3.動画の長さは最大10分間。幾つの動画をアップロードしてもよい。
4.連打中、足を動かしてはいけません。
5.ラケットの正面、反面、正面、反面の順で打ってください。ラケットの同じ面で連続打った場合は記録として認めません。
6.最大10分間での連打回数を他の参加者と比べます。シャトルが床に落ちてしまったら回数はそこでカウントストップ。やり直す場合、時間は、第1打から再計算してもよい。
7.シャトルは、ラケット以外のもの（参加者の身体など）に触れてはいけません。
8.勝者は、1つの動画で最大連打回数を記録した参加者とする。連打回数がタイスコアの場合、該当者に知らせて、チャンピオンが決定するまで再試合となる。
クリエイティブ大会
1.参加者はChia-Yuan会社のラケットまたは会社のブランドがついているものを使って動画を録画してください。テーマは自由。
2.勝者は、ネットで一番よく評価され、ほかのユーザーからもらった「☆」の一番多い1つの動画とする。引き分けの場合、該当者は知らせられ、1人の勝者が産生するまで再試合となる。
注意事項
1.申し込みをしてから3日以内に参加費を振り込んでください。振り込まなかった場合は、申し込みが無効になってしまいます。参加費の払い戻しはいたしません。
2.参加者に送られるラケットは点検済のものです。安心してご使用ください。
3.中華民国の法律により、2000台湾ドルを超える賞金は、20％の税金が課されます。
4.イベントに変更があった場合はウェブサイトでの最新公告に準じてください。
5.参加者は、新規の参加者を大会参加に誘ったら賞金をもらえます。この場合、誘った人にあなたの参加者番号を申込書に書いてもらってください。イベント終了の時、誘った1人につき1ドルがあなたのPaypalアカウントに振り込まれます。

World Badminton Consecutive Strokes Championship
Event Purpose:
Due to the recent natural disasters happening in the world, in order to help more people in need, we have modified the event.One gains self esteem and value by holding a positive attitude, keeping on challenging him/herself, and keeping on improving. We are offering everyone a fun and challenging stage, and a chance to gain respect and recognition, and even be crowned a champion. Part of the fees collected will be contributed to the Red Cross Organization in attempt to have more devastated people believe in themselves, never give up, and keep getting better.

Required Qualifications for Participants: None.
Registration Fee: There are now two ways to enter the contest. You can enter the contest at an entry fee of US$8(there will be no racket shipment) or US$50(A chia-yuan racket will be shipped to you for free).
Donation: 1.50 US dollars will be donated per registered participant to the Red Cross Society of the Republic Of China.

Awards:
The top place finisher award will be calculated at US$2.5 per registered participant for the Consecutive Strokes Championship , and US$1 per registered participant for the creative contest.

3.Become a member of 9chiayuan’s group, and upload your video. For the Consecutive Strokes Championship, please rename your video to “9cy_participant#_number of consecutive strokes recorded”. For the Creativity Contest, please rename your video to “9cy_participant#_theme”, and tag “9cy” on your video. Please confirm whether the file was successfully uploaded in the group. (see picture 6)

Event Rules:
Consecutive Strokes Championship
1.Participants can now use rackets of any brand.
2.Besides naming, the video is not to be edited or modified in any way.
3.The video is to be up to 10 minutes long. Participants can upload as many videos as they wish.
4.The participant must not shift any foot during the course of the video.
5.Strokes are to be made so that one forehand stroke is followed by one backhand stroke, and one backhand stroke is followed by one forehand stroke. Consecutive backhand or forehand strokes will not be counted.
6.Consecutive shots counted in any 10 minute span will be compared with that of other participants. If the shuttle-cock touches the floor, the number of strokes stops there and the time can be reset.
7.The shuttle-cock must not come into contact with anything but the racket.
8.The winner will be decided on the largest number of consecutive strokes successfully performed in one video. In case of a tied top score, the participants with the top score will be informed and a new contest will be conducted until one winner is determined.
Creativity Contest
1.Participants can make any sort of video using the brand or products of Chia-Yuan. One participant can upload as many creative videos as he/her wishes.
2.The winner will be decided on one video which is most rated by viewers and achieves the largest number of stars. In case of a tied top score, the participants with the top score will be informed and a new contest will be conducted until one winner is determined.
Important Information:
1.Participants are to complete payment of the application fee within 3 days of registration, or the registration will be void. Payments of application fees will NOT be refunded.
2.All the rackets to be mailed to and used by participants have undergone tests to ensure safe usage.
3.Awards that exceed NT$2000 in total cash amount are subject to 20% tax according to Republic of China laws and regulations.
4.All rules and events are subject to change, please refer to the newest announcements.
5.Participants can receive US$1 for every other participant he or she invites to take part in the contest if the invited participant puts down the inviter’s participant number in the application form. These referralcash returns will be wired into participants’ Paypal accounts at the end of the event.
6.Chia-yuan and the event hosts preserve the rights of usage to all uploaded videos. They can be used byothers for non-commercial usage only.
